1. Custom-Made Products

(Wall Art, Frames, Wallpaper & Decor Services)

Since most of our products are made-to-order:

• Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed
• This includes all personalized or made-to-order products

✅ Exceptions (Defects Only)

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Contact must be made within 24 hours of noticing the issue

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

3. Refund Process (Defective Items)

• Issue will be verified by our team
• Product collection will be arranged
• Replacement or refund will be processed
• Refund issued within 3 working days after inspection

4. Non-Custom Products

(Accessories & Ready Items)

✅ Returns & Exchanges Allowed

• Requests must be submitted via customer service
• Items will be inspected upon return

🔍 Inspection Outcome

• Approved → refund processed within 3 working days

⚠️ If No Defect Found

• Shipping fees will be deducted
• Delivery charges are non-refundable
• Refund will be transferred to customer’s bank account

• Lamasat.art reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions
• Minor color variations due to lighting/screens are not considered defects
• Slight variations may occur due to handcrafted production
